Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.

It was two of us with no wait time when we arrived at 5pm. I had the stuffed bone in veal chop. It was delicious. The meatballs are fantastic. The wife had angel hair with Alfredo sauce, that she throughly enjoyed. Our server was Jenna. She was fantastic definitely ask for her.

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta, and it was perfectly cooked. The chicken was tender and flavorful, the mushrooms were fresh, and the creamy sauce was rich without being too heavy. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. The bread with olive oil was a great starter, and the lasagna was also full of flavor with a delicious homemade tomato sauce. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if youβre looking for authentic Italian food!

Though parking is tight, the atmosphere and food is delightful. The inside is darker and intimate. The service was great and they accommodated my son's allergies without any hitches. But the food? My god, the food. While the standard Italian fare my children ordered was great, my osso bucco ravioli was divine. If there is heaven on earth in the form of food, it was that dish. I will certainly be back again so I can delight in Di Lisio's.

Weβd heard so many great things about this place being perfect for celebrations, and Iβm so glad we finally tried it! The atmosphere is wonderful for any occasion, and the food absolutely lived up to the hype. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are very fair. We got 3 drinks, an appetizer, entrees, and one dessert, and the bill was just over $50 per person before tip. Hector was our server and made the experience exceptional. Weβll definitely be coming back for both the food and hospitality! My only small suggestion would be to offer slightly larger wine glasses to have room to swirl the wine.

This was our first time dining at Di Lisioβs. We came in on a busy Saturday night and was told there would be an hour and a half wait. We only waited for maybe 40 minutes and let me TELL YOU!!! I would wait 4 hours for a meal this phenomenal! The service was amazing as well. This is TRUE AUTHENTIC Italian food! The best we have ever had! I got the Tuscan shrimp and the amount of FRESH, CHUNKS of garlic and herbs in it was to die for. Along with the bruschetta!! This is not just a meal this is a memorable plate of LOVE! π
